Not into the gym? Don't worry, here are a few ways you can benefit from the endorphin rush for little to no money!

Pound the pavement - walking is great exercise and it's FREE! Grab your mates and set a date. Make it a regular meet-up so you all have something to look forward to. Our favourite buggy friendly paths include Stoke Park, Broadwater Park and the route from Shalford to Guildford going past Debenhams and through Shalford Park.

YouTube - there are so many workouts available online for FREE! I love the Jessica Smith Channel. Her workouts are easy to follow and effective.

This is the perfect alternative to a glass of wine in the evening once the littles ones are in bed.

Kill two birds with one stone: Netflix binge on the big telly and Jessica Smith on the ipad. Trust me, it works.

You can also find great Yoga and meditation videos.

Tot trotts - perfect active play date. Grab your friends, the scooters, bikes and buggies and head to Stoke Park (or another suitable path, Virigina Water is great for this). If you've ever chased after a little girl or guy on a scooter you know how fast they can go! It's a good way to have fun with the kids while also giving yourself a much needed endorphin injection.
